We are issuing our third and final call for proposals under our Flexible Fund. We are seeking expressions of interest on the following topic areas:

• Governance and decision-making: coordination across sectors and the role of different actors
• Affordability and gas market volatility
• Interaction with non-energy systems

We anticipate that just under £1 million will be distributed under the final call. Projects should start by early summer 2022 and are expected to last for up to 20 months. The supported research will form an integral part of UKERC’s research programme.

Expressions of interest should be submitted by 4pm on 28^th January 2022. The deadline for full applications will be the 8^th April 2022. The full guidance for applicants can be found below.
