The UK-HyRES ECR Network is inviting PhD students, Early Career Researchers (ECRs), and lecturers to share their experiences, challenges, and priorities within the UK research landscape.
This survey aims to better understand the barriers faced by researchers at early career stages, identify areas where change is needed, and capture ideas for creating a more supportive and inclusive research environment. Findings will be shared through the UK-HyRES ECR Network and may inform reports, events, and engagement with research funders and other stakeholders to help shape future policy and improve the research ecosystem.
