Dr Natalie Ralph is a Research Fellow in Energy Geopolitics at the University of Warwick. Her current research addresses critical energy geopolitics, critical minerals diplomacy, energy security and net zero transformations, and energy demand reduction. She has a background in the ethics, sustainability and global governance of low-carbon/renewable energy technologies, having worked closely with technology and materials scientists; as well as energy and mining industries in high-risk areas. Natalie previously held policy and project roles in Australian state governments, and to a lesser extent, consulting, NGOs, and in eco-communities, providing her with a rich understanding of different sectors.
