Imogen Rattle is a Research Fellow in Local Low Carbon Industrial Strategy within the Sustainability Research Institute at the University of Leeds. She is an energy social scientist who uses qualitative methods to explore the politics and governance of the low carbon transition within particular places. Her present work seeks to understand the challenges and opportunities involved in embedding climate change priorities within local industrial strategies in the UK. She has previously worked as a project manager at the Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy and the Environment Agency.
