This Meeting Report summarises an international workshop held in March 2006 at Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford, to discuss the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol.
The objective of the workshop was to determine whether and how Kyoto countries intend to deliver their Kyoto targets. 40 participants from Government, business, academia, think-tanks and nongovernmental organisations attended the workshop from 16 countries including several European Member States, Russia, Japan, Canada and Ukraine.
