We are delighted to welcome Gaia Rea to the team as our new Impact and EDI Officer.
Gaia has joined UKERC as an Impact and EDI Officer, key aspects of the role will be working to help us measure and monitor impact continuously and through developing impact case studies, and to progress EDI activities across the consortium, focusing on data collection. Gaia has joined UKERC at the best possible time – with Phase 4 activities underway she will help take stock of progress, so that this can feed it into our activities going forward.
Prior to taking on this role, Gaia completed a MSc in Environment and Development at LSE, and a BSc in Business, Social Science and French in Copenhagen.
About the role, Gaia has said: “I’m really excited to be joining UKERC and I look forward to meeting all of you virtually and in person. And when I’m not at the office or in a classroom, you can find me drinking lots of coffee from little espresso”.
