Take Part: Women in Academia Survey

28 Jan 2025

Despite efforts to promote gender equality, significant barriers still hinder the progression and retention of females and female-identifying individuals (FFII) in academia, contributing to the “leaky pipeline.”

As part of Warwick’s Enhancing Research Culture programme (funded by Research England), the Women in Academia project will use quantitative and qualitative methods to engage female-identifying individuals and decision-making stakeholders in co-producing actionable recommendations.

Take part in the survey.

Eligibility:

  • Aged 18+
  • Identify as a woman in academia (up to 10 years post-PhD, discounting any employment gaps due to parental leave, sickness, and/or career breaks)
  • On an academic teaching/research contract
  • Based at a UK higher education institution
