The Young Energy Researchers Conference 2026 will be held on 24 February 2026 in Wels/Austria as part of the annual World Sustainable Energy Days (WSED) – a leading international conference on the energy transition and climate neutrality. 
 
The Young Energy Researchers Conference presents the work and achievements of young researchers in the fields of biomass and energy efficiency

Call for Papers – Deadline 10 October 2025
Young researchers (born after 1990) are invited to submit contributions from any scientific field (e.g. technology, engineering, economics, social sciences, architecture, law, arts) on the topics of energy efficiency and biomass by using the online form.
