Review of Energy Policy 2020

Join us to launch our Review of Energy Policy 2020.

In this issue of UKERC’s annual Review of Energy Policy, we discuss some of the effects of COVID-19 on the energy system and how the unprecedented events of 2020 might impact energy use and climate policy in the future.

Focusing on electricity demand, transport, green jobs and skills, Brexit, heat, and societal engagement, the Review reflects on the past year and looks forward, highlighting key priorities for the Government.

Our event will run 12.00 -13.00 on Monday 14th December and will be comprised of three short presentations followed by questions from attendees.

  • Reflections on the year: Rob Gross, UKERC Director
  • Transport trends: Christian Brand, University of Oxford
  • Beyond Brexit: Caroline Kuzemko, University of Warwick
  • Green jobs & skills: Faye Wade, University of Edinburgh

We look forward to seeing you there.
