PREE 2026 is co-sponsored by The University of Tokyo, Japan and IEEE, partons are Kumamoto University, Japan, Tohoku University, Japan, American University of Sharjah, UAE, Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand and National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan.

The conference aims to promote quality research and real-world impact in an atmosphere of true international cooperation between scientists and engineers. PREE welcomes scholars and researchers worldwide to submit papers related with power and renewable energy engineering for presentation as well as publication.

PREE will be featured with keynote talks, invited speeches, special sessions and regular paper presentations, making it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in the filed of power and renewable energy engineering.

Submission Information

PREE 2026 accepts both abstract and full paper submissions. Details are as below.

Full Paper Submission

• Accepted full paper will be invited to attend the conference and make presentation. Full paper will be included in conference program as well as conference proceedings. It will be officially published in conference proceedings.
• Submitted manuscript should have no less than 4 pages full.

Abstract Submission

• Accepted abstract will be invited to attend the conference and make presentation. Abstract will be included in conference program, it will not be officially published in conference proceedings.
• Abstract should be within 300 words.
