Background
The Research Fellow will work for the deliverables for the European food chain supply to reduce GHG emissions by 2050 (ENOUGH) project and the Zero Emission Cold Chain (ZECC) project.
Role Summary
- Work within the UKRI and EU research grants and projects and contribute to writing bids and generating funding
- Develop model and predict food supply chain’s energy and emissions up to 2050, considering technology, behaviour, environment, policy and business model
- Develop roadmaps and decarbonisation pathways of food supply chain and food cold chain in the UK and EU
- Carry out data collection and analysis on energy, cooling and emissions of food supply chain in the UK and EU
- Write up reports and high-impact journal publications
