The Role
The Head of Sustainability will be responsible for developing and embedding a future proof culture of environmental and social sustainability across the organisation. Using exceptional influencing and matrix management skills, they will lead the development and implementation of an ambitious new social and environmental sustainability strategy.
In developing, monitoring and reporting on various sustainability commitments and targets including maintaining our Environmental Management System, the role will need to work closely and collaboratively at all levels within the Trust. We want to ensure that our approach to internal sustainability aligns with our external public policy positions and influencing objectives, is well evidenced, transparent and consistent across the organisation and with key external networks and stakeholders
