Stephen D. Agyeman research focuses on using socio-economic analysis and evidence review tools to assess economic viability of decarbonisation technologies, low-carbon electricity storage, electricity market regulation, and green and transition minerals policy. Stephen is currently a Research Associate at the Centre for Energy Policy at University of Strathclyde. He previously worked at the Xiamen University and the World Bank, leading research on electricity market regulation and its role in innovation and climate change mitigation. Stephen is a researcher in the responsive research function at UKERC Theme 5 leading a Rapid Evidence Assessments including examining the viability and tools to deliver against the goals of the Great British Energy company.
