Oliver is a Graduate Energy Data Steward for the UKERC Energy Data Centre at STFC. He is responsible for ensuring FAIR practices, maintaining data quality, and supporting the growth of the Energy Data Centre’s content. He is also responsible for assisting UKERC researchers with their Data Management Plans over the course of UKERC 2024-2029.
He joined the team after graduating from the University of Leicester with a degree in Physics, where his final year project involved using an estimation algorithm to combine satellite datasets of land surface temperature and emissivity at varying resolutions to examine heat distribution in urban areas.
