This conference is the latest in the Focus on Pedagogy Series with Routledge Taylor & Francis. After conferences with universities in Toronto, San Francisco and Madrid, the 2027 event is organised by Oxford Brookes University, UK.
With a specific interest in the relationship between teaching and research, the Sustainability and Resilience strand welcomes contributions from academics, teachers and researchers engaging with the environment as either a topic of investigation, a theme in teaching, or a practice in their institution.
This strand is interested in teaching and learning set within the broad categories of sustainability and resilience. It welcomes contributions on the embedding of SDGs in the curriculum, papers on sustainable modes of teaching and learning for educators and students, examinations of dedicated sustainability programs internationally, the integration of sustainability into disciplinary teaching practices and projects, and more.
